CloseThis Sunday at First Presbyterian Church What do we do when the need in front of us seems greater than what we have to give? This Sunday, Rev. Scott Nowack continues our “Sharing the Light” Stewardship Campaign for 2027 with a message titled “When There Isn’t Enough to Go Around,” based on Matthew 14:13–21. When thousands of people need food, the disciples see only scarcity: five loaves, two fish, and far too many mouths to feed. Jesus does not ask them for resources they do not have. Instead, he tells them to bring what they have to him. In his hands, what seems painfully insufficient becomes enough to feed the entire crowd—with abundance left over. This story reminds us that stewardship does not begin with having more. It begins with faithfully offering what has already been entrusted to us and trusting God to use it in ways greater than we can imagine. Anthem: “Amazing Grace! Eternal Life!” — Senior Choir Worship begins at 10:30 AM, with Coffee Fellowship at 9:00 AM.
