CloseRev. Scott Nowack - June 14, 2026
No Going Back
This Sunday at First Presbyterian Church This Sunday we celebrate Trinity Sunday and reflect on what it means to answer Christ's call with courage and commitment. Rev. Scott Nowack will share a message titled “No Going Back,” drawing from Romans 5:1–8 and Matthew 9:35–10:23. As Jesus sends his disciples into the world, he reminds them that the mission ahead will not always be easy. Yet they are called to move forward in faith, trusting God's presence and provision. These passages remind us that discipleship is more than belief—it is a willingness to follow where Christ leads, even when the path is uncertain. Through faith, endurance, and hope, we discover that God's love sustains us every step of the journey. Special Music: “Allegro From Trumpet Concerto in E-Flat Major” by Johann Nepomuk Hummel, performed by Anthony Black Worship begins at 10:30 AM, with Coffee Fellowship at 9:00 AM.
