CloseThis Sunday at First Presbyterian Church What does generosity look like when it comes from joy instead of obligation? This Sunday, Rev. Scott Nowack concludes our “Sharing the Light” Stewardship Campaign for 2027 with a message titled “God Loves a Hilarious Giver,” based on 2 Corinthians 9:6–15. Paul reminds us that generosity is not meant to come reluctantly or under pressure. Instead, we are invited to give freely and joyfully, trusting that God provides abundantly so that we may share abundantly in every good work. Like seed scattered generously into good soil, what we faithfully offer can grow into something that blesses others and produces thanksgiving to God. This Sunday is also Commitment Sunday. During the doxology, members will be invited to bring their commitment cards forward as we give thanks for the ministry and mission those commitments will help make possible in the coming year. Anthem: “Footprints In The Sand” — Senior Choir Worship begins at 10:30 AM, with Coffee Fellowship at 9:00 AM.
