CloseThis Sunday at First Presbyterian Church What makes a life truly matter? This Sunday, Rev. Scott Nowack continues our “Sharing the Light” Stewardship Campaign for 2027 with a message titled “Living a Life that Matters,” drawing from Psalm 90:1–6, 13–17 and Deuteronomy 34:1–12. Psalm 90 reminds us that our lives are brief in comparison with the everlasting nature of God, yet it ends with a beautiful prayer: that God would establish and prosper the work of our hands. Deuteronomy brings us to the conclusion of Moses’ life—a life marked by calling, leadership, struggle, faithfulness, and a legacy that would continue through Joshua. As we think about stewardship, we are invited to consider more than what we possess. We are stewards of our time, abilities, opportunities, relationships, and influence. The question becomes not simply how much we have, but how faithfully we use what God has placed in our care. Anthem: “Jesus Changes Everything” — Junior Choir Worship begins at 10:30 AM, with Coffee Fellowship at 9:00 AM.
