Jesus: God’s ReLENTless Love
This Sunday at First Presbyterian Church Christ is risen! Alleluia! This Easter Sunday, we gather in joyful celebration of the resurrection of Jesus Christ and the victory of life over death. The empty tomb proclaims that God’s love is stronger than sin, stronger than fear, and stronger even than death itself. Rev. Scott Nowack will share a message titled “Jesus: God’s ReLENTless Love,” drawing from Psalm 118 and John 20:1–18, where Mary Magdalene encounters the risen Christ and hears her name called. In that moment of recognition, grief is transformed into joy and despair into hope. Easter invites us to live as resurrection people — to carry the light of Christ into the world and bear witness to the good news that love has the final word. Anthem: “A Festive Introit for Easter” — Junior & Senior Choir Worship begins at 10:30 AM, with Breakfast at 9:00 AM.
